Supreme Court to Review Medicaid

In class we have learned about how certain groups are underprivileged from prior social standings. Obama is trying to combat this inequality within society by providing medicaid to these groups. There is a large debate between generally liberals and conservatives about the constitutionality of providing nationalize healthcare. The supreme court has decided to not only review the president's legislation, but to increase the amount given to the poor, and provide medicaid on a wider scale. This comes as a shock to many, who are not advocates of the plan, which raises taxation. However this does provide relief to many people socially. This also relates to how government issued standards on improving water and sanitation quality, which in turn increased life lengths.
