Men best women in scramble for new jobs

The participation of women in the job labor force has been a historical movement in the history of economic development. As women gain more rights and equalities compare to men over a long period of time, we see that nowadays women are just as competitive as men in education, job fields and others. We learned that through revolution, women plan careers over longer horizon, invest in practical majors and graduate training, marry and have children later in life, all of those have contributed to women's participation in the labor force nowadays, we also see a relatively equal percentage of women attending college compare to men, and we see many women are in a career which once was being male dominated field such as CEOs and other high level of business management position. So in the article, the employer survey has reported a gain of 120.000 jobs, and found those jobs were split relatively evenly between men and women.
