Unemployment Rates as Job Market Starts to Improve

The articles discusses the drop in the unemployment rate as the job market starts to slowly improve. The unemployment rate is in October is 9%, which is .1% lower than the previous month. There has been a trend of decreases in the unemployment rate across the majority of states - 36 states saw a decrease in the unemployment rate, 5 states saw an increase, and 9 remained unchanged.
