More Jobs in the Future?

Lloyd Banks Corporate Markets is reporting a creation of new jobs in the oil and gas industry. The report claims that "the barrier to growth resulted from a lack of highly-skilled workforce". This looks like a positive note for job seekers in Scotland over the next year and for the economy and jobs market in the future. New research is allowing for more oil and gas extractions in Scotland. The economic downturn could then see an upswing with the creation of jobs as new technologies for oil and gas begin fueling the job market. These technological changes in gas and oil can hopefully increase trade and globalization and also increase the wages of the highly skilled who are employing for new work. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-business-15992221
